Welcome to Pine Creek

At Pine Creek, we encourage all our students to learn confidence, respect, and discipline. We offer programs for kids karate, junior and adult karate classes. We believe that karate is the perfect lifelong activity! It can be practiced at any age, does not require exceptional flexibility or natural talent, and requires no special equipment, facilities, or even other people to practice with. Plus, it gives you the ultimate in self-defense.

Chinese Kempo Karate is a combination of self-defense and awareness of the vital areas of the human body—which, in a time of civil unrest and assaults upon individuals, is of importance. Kempo teaches one to deal instantly and effectively if the situation should arise. Starting Kempo Karate class at Pine Creek will help you obtain a fitness routine, weight loss, increased mobility, humility, muscle gain, cardio exercise, personal protection, flexibility, and improved focus.
